Save The Bay’s comments to the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council, regarding to Quidnessett Country Club, CRMC File Number 2024-04-071
Save The Bay submitted a letter to CRMC urging the agency to deny Quidnessett Country Club’s petition to change their property’s Water Type designation. This is a first step in attempting to justify their illegally-constructed seawall, which is subject to ongoing enforcement action by CRMC and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
